Use of the app
GPS Map Camera lets you capture, stamp, save, and share photos and videos with location, map, weather, date, and time context. You are responsible for the content you capture and for respecting privacy, property, workplace, and local laws.
Location and information accuracy
Location, address, weather, altitude, speed, map, date, and time information may be approximate, delayed, unavailable, or affected by device permissions, GPS quality, connectivity, third-party map/weather services, and system settings. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for emergency, safety-critical, legal, surveying, or regulated professional decisions.
Subscriptions and purchases
Premium plans may include weekly, monthly, lifetime, or other purchase options shown in the app. Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple manages billing, cancellation, refunds, family sharing availability, and purchase history.
RevenueCat may be used to verify purchase state and unlock Premium features. If Premium cannot be verified because of connectivity, App Store, or RevenueCat service issues, access may be delayed until verification is restored.
Ads
Free users may see app-open, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may be used before optional actions such as saving or sharing when configured. Premium access is intended to remove ads while your purchase or subscription is active and verified.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to harass, stalk, defame, or invade the privacy of others.
- Do not misrepresent stamped media as official proof when it is not accepted by the relevant authority.
- Do not capture unlawful content or violate intellectual property rights.
- Do not reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or interfere with app services, ads, purchase systems, or analytics systems.
- Do not attempt to bypass Premium, ad, or entitlement controls.
Availability and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and may change over time. Features may depend on device hardware, iOS version, permissions, network access, third-party SDKs, and service availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, inaccurate location context, third-party outages, business interruption, or misuse of exported media.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as features, laws, platform rules, or business requirements change. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
